On the morning of 14 May 2025 at 0800 (UTC+7), the Superintendent conducted an official inspection of our unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to assess its readiness for the upcoming Student Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) 2025 competition. The inspection covered all critical components of the system, including airframe integrity, avionics, ground control setup, and mission planning capabilities. The UAV was presented in its fully configured state, with the engineering team providing a comprehensive overview of its design, functionality, and recent test results.
Following the evaluation, the Superintendent confirmed that the UAV is technically ready and meets the operational standards required for competition. This positive outcome reflects the team's consistent efforts and strong technical foundation. However, the Superintendent also emphasized the importance of ongoing practice and system validation to ensure flawless performance. Although the UAV is ready in principle, there must be no room for error during the actual competition.
In response, the team will continue to conduct rigorous flight tests, simulated missions, and system drills to strengthen operational reliability. These efforts are intended to eliminate any residual risk and ensure that the UAV performs at 100% capability under competition conditions. With the inspection successfully completed, the team remains fully committed to excellence as we enter the final phase of preparation for SUAS 2025.
