This year, the UAV team from Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy, known as RTAF UAV, is set to represent Thailand in the Student Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) 2025 competition — a prestigious international stage for student-developed UAV systems.
The team’s preparation covers all key dimensions: hardware, focusing on flight stability and performance; software, enhancing intelligent control and data processing; and communication systems, ensuring reliable and responsive operations under any condition.
Beyond technical readiness, the team emphasizes strategic planning, structured task delegation, and seamless teamwork to meet the complex mission demands of the competition.
SUAS 2025 marks a significant milestone for the cadets — not only as a chance to showcase their capabilities on the world stage but also as a valuable opportunity for growth, learning, and advancing UAV technology through international exchange.
